In order for writers to complete their work it may be necessary for users to provide them with information in the form of a detailed brief as well as any other accompanying materials and shall answer any and all queries that the writer may have in a timely fashion. All information which is sent to writers throughout the duration of any business relationship is kept as entirely confidential at all times.
The copyright of all work remains with the writer and www.contentcriteria.com until final sign off has been made and the content is sent to the user. At this point, copyright is assigned to the customer.
The fee for the services shall be agreed in advance between both parties, and this fee is due in advance of any copywriting services being carried out. A copy of all payments and invoices shall be made available through the client account and may be downloaded from here.
All payments are processed online through our secure third-party banking provider.

All projects shall be delivered to the specified deadline which is to be agreed between the client and the writer at the point of assignment. We shall not be liable for any delays which occur in the delivery or projects which are caused by the client not providing the correct information or answering questions in a timely manner.
All copy provided comes in widely recognisable digital formats and shall be sent to the client’s email address upon completion. Sometimes, for larger file sizes, secure file sharing software will be required to send the customer the final copy.
Some minor edits, changes and revisions are included in the original fee. However, any changes which are based on a change of assignment or require significant additional work to the original subject matter shall be liable for an extra fee.

A user can not cancel a project if a writer has already started. They will still be liable for the full fee. For on-going projects such as social media campaigns, there require one week’s full notice ahead of any cancellation.
